Braveheart Guest House Cancellation Policy

•All reservations require a credit card or cheque and must be confirmed by us.

•Reservations may be cancelled up to 4pm, two weeks prior to the day of arrival without charge.

•Later cancellations will result in a charge of the first nights accommodation.

•No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.

Braveheart Guest House Smoking Policy

While we love animals sorry no puffins allowed in the Braveheart Guest House.

•We are a completely non-smoking Guest House. There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the building. We have the front garden available for the puffins where they can enjoy the fresh air.

•If smoking is discovered in the rooms, guests will be asked to leave and to pay £100 towards complete cleaning & steaming of the bedroom and the laundering of all curtains and bedspreads.

•Checkout at 11 AM.

•Check in 12.00PM - 10.00PM

*Special arrangement can be made if we are informed in advance.
